Well hello there, I
trust I find you all in good health...
Not sure if you have followed the
Cricket with as much interest as myself,
I think that having a dad who has
umpired the game over many years really
helps. Wasn’t it just great to see how
the nation was captivated? There is so
much more humour, nail biting tension
and strategy in this game probably more
than in most and if a draw was enough to
take back the Ashes, then so be
it. But we have to give credit to this
team who have played consistently well
throughout the series and as all the
England players pointed out, it was a
team performance…
Does this sound familiar? I would say so, because once again
Dial-a-Cab has consistently out-
performed our competitors this year and
with our busiest period still to come,
we are well placed to service our
customer base. Winning accounts is more
than just the signing of the agreement;
it is maintaining and lending continued
support to their business. So many of
our customers grow, merge and are
involved in takeovers that is crucial we
continue to work |
closely with them to ensure we
are offering the best service at all
times.
Our support staff has a reputation for excellence and work
relentlessly to promptly resolve any
matters arising and I
firmly believe that our key strength is
our personnel. I am also very proud to
represent a company where our
magnificent drivers are recognised by
our customers - and indeed other
circuits - as the cream of the crop.
With our continued and ongoing success,
it is likely that we will require more
quality drivers to ensure the company
grows. This means we are in a very

I would like to thank each of you for your support of the new
accounts we have taken on, I have had
very few teething troubles so I can only
thank you for making my job easier!
As the England players pointed out, we
must all remember that 'team work' is
what wins the trophies. As you are
aware, my brief is to win accounts and
develop business for the company, so
please continue to help me by supporting
the radio. It is important we
realise that our actions always have an
implication on others - so let's work as
a finely tuned, seamless engine and keep
this business on it's toes.
