many had a good time and we’d like to thank all those who continually support the Taxi Driver of the Year Charity which in turn supports the trade charities. We raised the excellent sum of almost £2800 on the night. I’d like to thank through Call Sign, Dial-a-Cab | who sponsored the excellent band – just as they do every year, Westminster Insurance who sponsored the printing, the Royal Oak who paid for the ladies gifts and the brother-in-law of Dial-a-Cab driver Andy Daniels (A02) who very generously sent a cheque to cover the cost of the cabaret." |
