I thought I’d drop you
all a quick note to say thank you for the
continued feedback I receive on a regular
basis from drivers alerting me to a variety
of issues. I just cannot impress on you how
important it is for me to hear it from you
rather than a client! We are very much in
the driving seat and with Easter just around
the corner, we will be able to look back and
congratulate ourselves on an excellent first
quarter… You will be seeing a stream of new accounts coming on board, a number of which have come partly thanks to leads converted from driver’s tip-offs and others due to the number of general enquiries coming into the office, mainly due to clients being frustrated with their current suppliers. Modestly, I must add to that that we also get some ourselves! Interestingly, some of the business that we lost to car companies after September 11 is coming back to us. I must draw the conclusion that perhaps they over-committed themselves during those difficult trading times and now that it’s much busier all round, we are of course being asked to help out - which I am very happy to do! to mind and I can only thank any of our competitors reading this article for providing a service that simply cannot rival that of Dial-a-Cab. Be proud guys, because you’re the best! Our coverage of work is second to none and we are very well placed to continue growing our business on a foundation that is – to coin a phrase – as solid as a rock! May I also thank drivers for showing such interest in our business and how we are doing. It is hugely encouraging for me whilst out and about and certainly makes my day. As a result, I have learnt so much about the trade and also get to enjoy some priceless stories. Inspector Reagan, you know who you are…!
