Hello Ladies and Gents...
As you can see from the title of this article, since the AGM in February
there has been a slight change to some Board Member's roles. I will be
continuing in my roles of Marshalling and Driver Training Officer, but
in addition I will be working alongside Keith Cain and Shelagh Adkins in
Driver Operations. In my new position, I will also be responsible for the
smooth and efficient running of the Fitting Bay at Roman Way. I am sure that
we can offer members a greater option and a more hands-on approach over the
period ahead.
Roman Way
There are a number of changes that will be made in the near

transmissions. Several meetings have already taken place with the staff at
Roman Way, Tom Carter - who developed the data despatch system - and senior
members of Motorola that we hope will fine-tune the present set up.

Westminster Taxi Cards
The Q attribute for Seat Belts is no longer a default on
Westminster trips, as all taxis must by law be fitted with Seat Belts
anyway. Many of you service this account day in and day out, it is a very
large account and one that is highly sought after. Please continue to give
this account the attention it deserves. Many cardholders are reliant on your
services and you rarely let them down - Keep up the good work!
