Gary Gates was showing ITV television viewers that his body was not as
substantial as it once was (to the tune of 71 pounds), and in a month
where Alan Gold (L95) and Paul Tully (Y40) were keen to show Carlton TV
viewers how much muscle they HAD put on at the YMCA Gym, it was left to
