SYSTEM 21 As you are all aware, the New Admin system has been in operation since the middle of
January and, as with all new systems, we are experiencing some teething problems which we
are doing our best to sort out. The majority of you have been very understanding and
patient with us, for which Nuala and myself thank you. I have to say that it still amazes
me that a minority of drivers seem to think that we are intentionally singling them out
and deliberately withholding payments on jobs and purposely holding back their cheques or
BACS payments; this is not the case. |
hope that it will NOT happen again. So hopefully I will NOT hear that famous saying again: "Im not having a go at you luv, but.............." CREDIT CARDS It would appear that some drivers are still experiencing difficulty with
credit card procedure, so to help you, which in turn will help us, here are a few helpful
