Many of Dial-a-Cab’s evening drivers will have
come across our Society’s lady Marshal, Pat
Graves (L53), somewhere during their shift.
Throughout the cold, winter evenings, Pat – who
was formerly a Driver Trainer - can be seen at
Finsbury Square or London Wall or anywhere DaC’s
Marshals are needed, usually having to wear her
thick marshal’s coat and woolly hat! Pat has been on DaC for many years, but recent events have tended to sway any conversation with her away from the marshal’s coat and woolly hat and onto the warmer topic of nude modelling! Forty of London’s most talented chefs will join
forces with over 100 gourmet food and drink
producers to create an outstanding four day
culinary festival for over 25,000 visitors in
Regent’s Park from 16 – 19 June. Renowned chefs such as Gary Rhodes (Rhodes Twenty Four), Giorgio Locatelli (Refettorio), Michel Roux Jnr (Le Gavroche), Antony Worrall Thompson (Notting Grill / Kew Grill) and Jean-Christophe Novelli (Novelli in the City) will offer visitors a unique opportunity to try sample sizes of their signature dishes, prepared and served by the chefs themselves, fresh from kitchens recreated in the Park.
