Hello
one and all, I do hope this finds you healthy and
keeping busy. Having spent a great deal of time out
of the office recently, it’s great to see that the
Sales team at Brunswick House have made such
headway. We increased the team and it has really
started to pay dividends as we now cover much more
ground and are in front of more potential customers,
in addition to our team of Account Managers who
concentrate their efforts on looking after our
existing ones. All those efforts are certainly
paying off, particularly when you look at the
figures for this year to date and see that we are
almost £1m up year on year… Having worked for the Society for over three years, it has certainly been an interesting lesson in gaining a comprehensive understanding how Dial-a-Cab operates as against the previous companies for whom I’ve worked. Simply, we do things differently in so many ways and I think this is what keeps us ahead of our competitors. The decisions we make are more often much quicker than previously, mainly because then I would have to wait for departments or sites to agree. |
![]() The DaC way allows us to be very hands on. In
turn, our customers have an answer promptly and I
believe that is one our many strengths. |
Selling DaC withLydia
customers expect the highest standards and to
remain mindful that we are in the service industry,
keeps our performance second to none. Paying
particular attention to basic instructions ensures
that we do not lose long established accounts and it
is important to remember that these basic
instructions are fundamental to our business and
trying to do what our customers demand of us can
help to sustain our business long into the
future. Until next time... Lydia Foulkes |
