Bonnie Martyn's Time at Dial-a-Cab

As a tribute to the life and times of our late Founder-Chairman Bonnie Martyn, Call Sign has put together some of the photos that have appeared through the years in the various Dial-a-Cab magazines.
Sadly for our Society, Bonnie passed away on August 1 at the age of 92. His name is forever enshrined as the first name on the list of former Chairmen of our Society and this is our way of saying thank you Bonnie...

It's the first year of the 21st century and at the age of 91, Bonnie tells PCO Principal Officer Roy Ellis how HE would run the trade!


The beginning: March 1954 and MP Sir Ian Fraser opens our first office in Pentonville Road.  Bonnie stands next to him.
