Drivers whose organising committee did the impossible and got over 200
terminally and chronically sick children on its seventh annual trip to
Disneyland Paris, when most of the country was struggling to get enough
fuel to get to work!
Departing from Canary Wharf on September 15 in front of
the television cameras, the Sheriff of the City of London, Pauline
Halliday, together with many others including Dial-a-Cab Chairman Brian
Rice, over 100 licensed London taxis loaded with smiling kids and helpers
formed a convoy of almost three miles in length together with the usual
Met Police outriders who have become such |

Selen didn't need long to start enjoying herself.

drivers and helpers such a huge thrill to see the kids smiling. It's at
that moment that you realise how the months of planning and preparation
