during his three Dutch weeks? "I haven't thought that far ahead
yet!" said Tony.
Also speaking to Call Sign, Tony's wife Margje said that she
believes the education system in Holland to be better. "That is one
of the main reasons we want to go back," she said.
Call Sign would like to wish Tony, Margje and their children
the best of luck in their new future.
"We've been there to visit family so many times now that it almost feels like home anyway" Tony told Call Sign. "In addition, both my children are bi-lingual. Emma (6) is fluent, while Nicholas (3) speaks to Margje in Dutch. To be honest, my own Dutch revolves around "hello" and "goodbye" but I intend going to college when we get there."

Tony intends to be one of a growing band of licensed London taxi drivers who live in Holland yet still work in London driving a taxi.
"It won't be easy," said Tony, "but the travelling between the two countries will be the easy part! Working out schedules of which hours to work may be the difficult bit! At the moment, I'm considering doing one weeks solid work on the cab and then staying in Alkmaar for the next three weeks."
